The Guerrilla Lit Reading Series welcomes Moriah Cleveland, Jen Close, and our own Lee Goldberg.

Join us at 7:30 P.M at Bar on A.

Lee Matthew Goldberg is a native New Yorker. He graduated from the New School with an MFA in 2006 and is one of the founders of The Guerrilla Lit Reading Series. His articles and reviews have appeared on fictionwritersreview.com. He teaches literature and composition at LaGuardia Community College. He recently finished his first novel Eating the Sun and is at work on his second novel, Orange Girl, the first book of an anticipated trilogy.

Jennifer Close was born and raised on the North Shore of Chicago. She received an MFA in creative writing from The New School in 2005. She’s worked in magazines for the past six years, most recently at Condé Nast Portfolio. She now lives in Washington DC. Her first book, Girls in White Dresses, will be published by Knopf in July 2011.

Moriah Cleveland was raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania by two visual artists (as opposed to wolves.) She received a BA from Trinity College, Hartford, CT and an MFA in Fiction from The New School. She has lived on both the right and left coasts. She has also traveled multiple times to the Amazon Basin, in order to gain first-hand knowledge of the setting of her first novel, Encante.
